Global approval settings (E)

The process approval mechanism is controlled by a user in the User manager role using the Engage Process Admin Center tool.

Such a user can:

•assign the Approver role to users and groups,
•decide who must approve what process,
•decide if a modeler can assign approvers,
•decide if the process approval is obligatory.

 

The User manager can also change the current approver's assignment by removing the approver role, changing approver group members or deleting an approver group or user.
