Collaboration (T)

The Engage Process Modeler Team edition is meant for a team of collaborating users. They will share all projects and diagrams created within their organization. Each user can have a certain set of roles assigned. A role specifies what functions a user can perform. The user in the User Manager role has an access to the User & Group Settings tool where he can create and delete other users or groups and specify their roles. He has also an access to the Security settings tool where he can limit the availability of the Engage Process tools to certain IP addresses and secure links.
