Press the Overview button in the Diagrams group of the Reports tab. The report that opens has two tabs. The first one shows a list of the currently published diagrams with the following information:
| • | the diagram name as it is seen by viewers, |
| • | location in the publication structure |
| • | the source diagram name at the moment of submission (can be different than the diagram name since the publisher could have changed it); it is empty for overviews created by a publisher |
| • | the source Engage Process Modeler project name at the moment of submission; it is empty for overviews created by a publisher |
| • | the name of the modeler user who submitted the diagram (or the name of a publisher who created the overview) |
| • | the date of submission (or the date of creation of an overview) |
| • | the name of a publisher who published the diagram |
| • | the date of publication. |
| • | the owner of the diagram as specified by the modeler |
| • | the manager of the diagram as specified by the modeler |
| • | the number of the published version |
| • | the published version description provided by the modeler at the moment of submission. |
The second tab shows the list of diagrams Under review with their original name, source project name, the name of the modeler who submitted it, the submission date, owner, manager, version number and the version description.
Press the MS Excel button to export the content of a table to the XLSX file.
