If you select more notes and drop them together onto a process step the following will happen:
| • | All undefined and activity notes will be converted to manual tasks and inserted in the order defined by the position of the notes (from left to right). |
| • | Next, all role notes are applied to the selected step (thus, the last one inserted or the destination step). |
| • | All document notes are applied and their content is added to the Documents property of the selected step. |
| • | Finally, the content of all description notes are added to the Description property of the selected step. |
You can drop multiple notes onto a process diagram, for example, if you want to add a sequence of activities in one go or if you want to add an activity together with its roles, description and documents.
