Convertion of an undefined note (P)

An undefined note can be dropped on any process step. If you do this the following dialog appears:

Since the type of a note is not defined you have to decide how the note is going to be treated while dropping. (The Role item will be missing in this dialog if a role cannot be assigned to a destination step.)

Select the actual note type and press OK. The conversion will proceed assuming that the note has the selected type.

Since a note can be dropped several times on the process diagram the same undefined note can be used, e.g., once as a role and once as a document.
