You can change the application language and the date format in Engage Process Teamboard.

These changes will be applied to all Engage Process tools you have access to. Changes to time format will only apply to the Engage Process Teamboard.

In order to do it press the main menu button in the left top corner and then select Preferences.

Currently only two languages are supported, Dutch and English, and the corresponding two formats for date. You can select either 12 or 24 hours time format.

You can also decide what List separator, comma or semicolon, will b used in all your CSV export files.

Select the required language, date/time format and/or list separator and press OK.

To apply the language or date/time format changes the user interface must be refreshed. The tool will ask you if this should be done immediately.

You can answer No and continue working with the old language or format. Next time you refresh or reopen the tool the language or format will be changed.

You can also decide here if you want to receive an email notification when a work item or a task is assigned to you. Just check the Receive email when a work item or task is assigned to you checkbox. However, you will only receive the emails if this function is enabled by the User Manager in Engage Process Admin Center.
