Process navigation

If a process diagram is currently shown in the test navigation dialog window, you can go down and up of its subprocess hierarchy.

To go down just double click a subprocess (service or phase) icon (thus, the Production step in the example above). The subprocess diagram will be opened inside the dialog window replacing the embedding process diagram. (This is actually the only way for you to inspect the content of a subprocess.)

In order to go up the hierarchy double click one of the Exit steps (the End of Production step in the example above) in the subprocess diagram (or click once the backward arrow). Unlike in the Engage Process Viewer, you can neither expand nor collapse subprocesses here.

By clicking a process link step you will open the diagram of the linked process. If the linked process is not published yet you will get an error message.
