Selections

A value of the following properties is a selection from a fixed list of predefined values:

Result	Stop	Positive, Negative
Type	any	List of types the step can be converted to (depends on the current step type)
Value added	Activity, Break	None, Customer, Business
Trigger	Start	None, Timer, Message

A value of the following properties is a selection from a list of values depending on the set of objects defined by a user:

Property	Step type	List
Roles	Activity, Service	List of roles defined in the project
Process	Process link	List of processes defined in the project
Entry point	Process link	List of entry points in the process pointed out by the Process property
Owner	Activity	List of roles listed in the Roles property of this activity
Documents, Input, Output	any	List of documents defined in the project

The list is shown as a content of the combo box next to the property name in the Properties pane or in the Mini Property Editor. If an object having selected name is deleted then it is also removed from all relevant property values.

If global role tables are linked to the project then the list of roles for the Roles property shows also the tables structure. The same applies to documents in the Documents, Input and Output properties and for custom properties.

ActivityRoles

Notice that the Management roles table is expanded here, whereas the Sales roles is not. accountant is a local role. You can add a new local role by selecting the <New role> item.

If the project processes are organized into folders then the list for the Process property of a Process link step also reflects this structure:
