Process step properties

A set of properties common for each process step (except Go to step) consists of:

Property	Description
Name	Name of the process step
Description	Step's description
Remarks	Additional description
Note	Short note assigned to the step
Tag	Step’s tag that can replace the automatically generated step number on the process diagram
Documents	Set of documents linked to the process step

Note: Documents property is not available in Engage Process Modeler Professional edition.

If you have already defined a custom type with the scope Activities or All types in your project then the property with the name of this type will automatically appear in all activities or all steps of all processes of this project.
