Convertion of a role note (P)

A role note can be dropped on any step that has the Roles property, thus on an activity (except the automatic one) and on a service step. However, you cannot drop a role note inside a service because you cannot change the Roles property there.

Dropping a role note on a step will both add this role to the Roles folder of the project (if it is not there yet) and assign it to the step.

If you drag a role note on a step with already assigned role the dragged role will be added to the set of roles in the Roles property.

The name of the new role will be created from the first sentence (finished by a dot) of the note's text or the first line of this text. The full text of the note is put additionally into the Description property of the new role.
