Each time an approval action is performed a notification email is sent to the involved users.
| • | When a modeler submits a process for approval the notification emails are sent to all designated approvers with the information that a process version is waiting for approval. |
| • | When a modeler cancels the approval the notification is sent to all designated approvers. |
| • | When a modeler adds new approvers to the pending process approval they will get a notification email with the information that there is a process version waiting for approval. |
